There are V type, M type, and R type of Colombia visa.

To apply for a visa, your passport must have a validity period of at least six months, and the application can only be made online on the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

3. Customs process
If you get a visa, you can enter the country in foreign currency up to US$10,000, and you must report in advance the amount of US$3,000 or more when you leave the country.

4. Pet
4-1. Import requirements and fees
Colombia does not have any quarantine requirements currently, nor is an import permit required. An import fee, however, is charged for each pet. Various health documents and certificates are required; the consulate in your home country can provide up to date information.
4-2. Transport
It is advisable that your pet travels on the same flight as you to clear customs immediately. If your pet must arrive separately, be sure that the flight arrives before 4PM; otherwise, customs cannot be cleared until the next business day. The airport does not have adequate facilities for the care of pets.
